Mystery behind Sheffield Parkway road sign revealed - #WhoIsCallum?

Last week The Star reported how the sign had got passing motorists talking as they tried to figure out what was behind the message.

The sign simply read: “Callum, I need to ask you a question”, alongside the hashtag #WhoIsCallum.

But the messaging has since changed to reveal more information.

It now reads: “Callum said Yes!!! We have booked our wedding at Van Dyk by Wildes.”

Van Dyk by Wildes is a hotel and wedding venue in Clowne, Chesterfield.

Anco Digital, a Sheffield-based business who operate the screen on which the advert appeared, say it was part of a marketing campaign from the Derbyshire company.

And a spokesperson revealed there could be more to the campaign as the identity of Callum is yet to be revealed.
