Officers issued the warning after being called to a four-vehicle crash on the M18, between junctions one and two, this morning, Saturday, May 8.
South Yorkshire Police’s Operational Support Unit said “Traffic conditions on the network are terrible today with standing water in many places.
“This is the second RTC on the motorway that we have been to today.
“Please, drive to the conditions.”
