General Election 2024: 11 Sheffield pubs doubling up as polling booths this general election

The general election has come around quickly, and it is very nearly time to head to the polls.

Hundreds of polling stations across Sheffield will open their doors at 7am on Thursday (July 4).

Often it is schools, libraries, and community centres housing the awaited booths and ballot boxes - but some voters get luckier than others.

A handful of pubs across the city are doubling up as polling stations, making voting all the more worthwhile.

11 of the polling stations where you can get a pint are listed below.

Remember, your polling card will tell you where you have to go if you are voting in person - unfortunately, not everyone can vote at the pub.
