"Town is a complete shambles" - Reader's letter
J Swycher from Whinfell Court gives their take on Sheffield city centre...
I decided to visit Sheffield this morning.
I have not been for months and had hoped that most of the alterations were finished.
Town is a complete shambles! Dirty with paint pavement markings all over the place.
Compounded by two men fast asleep and obviously under the influence.
Are visitors going to be charged Tourist Tax for this?
