Having travelled to over 100 countries around the world most recently to Japan what an eye opener every where spotlessly clean.
No graffiti anywhere. Contrast that to Sheffield city centre, a third world dump.
Take the view from [Oliver] Coppard’s office at Park Square. What an introduction to Sheffield - covered in graffiti.
I recommend he go and spend time around Leeds and Manchester - what a contrast to Sheffield!
