Sheffield United star's TV actress partner reveals secret of son's unusual name

The 28-year-old soap star appeared on ITV show Loose Women – and announced the meaning behind her baby son’s name Mexx.

She said that she had been playing around with different name ideas before settling on the majestic Dutch name – which means The Greatest.

The pair have been dating since 2016 and the couple welcomed their first child last year.

She said: 'We found out it meant "The Greatest" in Dutch and we really love it.

“He really suits it. He's got a Mexxy kind of personality.”

Last year they welcomed Mexx with Brooke posting a black-and-white picture of his little fingers, writing: "On Wednesday 23rd October at 8.14am Our Baby Boy Arrived. Mexx S J Bryan, you complete us."
