Drivers warned of obstruction on M1

Three out of four southbound lanes of the M1 between junctions junction 35 at Thorpe Hesley and junction 34 at Meadowhall are closed due to an obstruction this morning (October 31).

The motorway is expected to clear between 9.30am and 9.45am.

South Yorkshire Police have been asked for more details.
