Further court readings are expected to take place tomorrow
A coroner in Sheffield has officially opened an inquest into the death of a newborn baby whose body was found at a house in August.
Senior coroner Tanyka Rawdan opened the inquest into the death of Maria Skopova - previously called ‘Baby S’ in court - at Sheffield Medico Legal Centre on Thursday, October 1.

The newborn was found dead at a home on Holywell Heights, in the Wincobank area of Sheffield, on August 30.
A total of five people were subsequently arrested and charged in connection with her death.
Ms Rawden has now listed the inquest to continue in March next year until criminal proceedings are dealt with.
On Friday, October 2, the four people charged with Maria’s murdered will appear at Sheffield Crown Court.
Andrea Skopova, 20, Peter Horvath Jnr, 19, Peter Horvath Snr, 38, and Nina Horvathova, 37, are set to appear in the docks for the latest hearing tomorrow.
A 15-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
A trial date has been set for April 12 next year, with it expected to last six to seven weeks.
