A brazen video shows a man blatantly flytipping in a Sheffield neighbourhood without even breaking his stride.
The clip filmed in Page Hall on Monday night (September 14) shows a man carrying two large blue bags of domestic waste to a crossing near a bus stop on Firth Park Road.

There, the man dumps the load onto a pile of other flytipped bags and carries on walking in the same direction without a second thought.
As a result, the pile of accumulated bags partially block the path of a dropped curb.

It comes as councillors in Burngreave have commissioned a re-deployable CCTV camera worth £14,600 that can be attached to lampposts at flytipping hotspots over the next three years.
Hotspots for consideration include Robey Street and Hinde Street in Page Hall, Ellesmere Walk in Burngreave - and Firth Park Road, the scene of the video above.
It comes after a heap of rubbish dumped in Ellesmere Walk was only cleared away on September 15 after a two week wait.
Over the summer a huge community clean-up day was organised in the area.
It was organised by housing provider Arches, working with councillors and council officials, and it saw mountains of fly-tipped waste cleared off the streets.
