One local resident says that the bags of clothing and other household items are removed, before another pile accumulates.

She said the shop closed “years ago” and a large sign pinned to the front asks people not to leave donations outside, a request seemingly ignored.
A council notice is taped tot he shutters of the building, stating that a clean up is required within 28 days of the notice, which was displayed on September 7.
