A statement has been issued after Yorkshire Ambulance Service deployed multiple vehicles and crews
Bosses at Yorkshire Ambulance Service have issued a statement following an incident at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in which a man entered the tiger enclosure.

The popular park in Doncaster has been evacuated and a full investigation is underway.
Videos circulating online show a man in the tiger enclosure with a tiger appearing to have a hold on him on the ground.

Eyewitnesses said a number of shots were fired and that there are now black screens around the enclosure.
South Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Wildlife Park are yet to issue statements about the incident, but Yorkshire Ambulance Service told The Star: “I can confirm we were called at 13.33 on Saturday 10 October, 2026, to an incident at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster.
“We sent a number of resources, including two land ambulances, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and a doctor.
“Any further enquiries should be directed to South Yorkshire Police.”
