'Words fail us': Police catch boy, 14, driving car after chase through Sheffield estate

A boy, aged 14, was caught driving in Sheffield after a police chase on the city estate.

The underage driver was identified after an officer spotted a silver Vauxhall Corsa on the Manor estate yesterday.

The car failed to stop upon request and the driver was said to have made a ‘half-hearted attempt at taking a chase off the cops’.

He then stopped and his age was established.
