One arrested after police called to incident in the early hours
Two suspects are on the run after fleeing police after a break-in at a popular Sheffield working men’s club.
South Yorkshire Police say they were called out while the incident was in progress during the early hours of the morning, at Sheffield Lane Working Men's Club, near Shiregreen.

There were reports of police cars in Shiregreen this morning following the incident, as well as reports locally of police dogs being heard as part of the response.
Police say they made an arrest in connection with the incident, but that two people fled.

“Officers attended and arrested a 53-year-old man. Two other suspects fled the scene and enquiries are ongoing to locate them.”
