Sheffield Magistrates’ Court – sitting at the Sheffield Crown Court building – heard on Thursday, June 11, how Flamur Zaimi, aged 39, and Soni Zogu, aged 28, allegedly produced the class B controlled drug at a property on Tune Street, at Worsbrough Common, Barnsley.

Kirsty Pearson, prosecuting, said the Crown Prosecution Service argues the case is not suitable for a summary trial at magistrates’ court and will need to be committed to crown court due to the seriousness of the alleged offence.
