Two bodies have been found in a village near Chesterfield with both deaths believed to be linked.
A woman who has yet to be named was first found injured in a field near to Staveley Road in Duckmanton at around 8.40am on Friday before the body of an unidentified man in his mid-30s was later discovered in a field off Tom Lane at 11am.
Paramedics attended the first scene but the woman, who was in her early 20s, sadly died.
Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.

A Derbyshire Police spokesperson added: “We have traced and informed both families and specialist officers are supporting them at this time.
"We appreciate that what has happened in Duckmanton will have shocked and upset many people in the community and officers will carry out extra patrols in the coming days.”
