A road is blocked after a crash on a busy road in a Sheffield suburb.

Police, firefighters and paramedics were deployed after a collision between a car and lorry on Handsworth Road, Handsworth, on the stretch near to the Shell filling station, at around 12.30pm.
Traffic is being diverted away from the crash scene via Richmond Road.

Hide AdSouth Yorkshire Police said a woman was trapped in the car and cut free by firefighters.
She has been taken to hospital but her injuries are not deemed life threatening.
