Sheffield boy charged with wounding and grievous bodily harm

The case of a 16-year-old from Sheffield who is accused of wounding and grievous bodily harm, alongside a second boy from Doncaster, is set to be heard at court.

The case involving a 16-year-old boy from Sheffield and a 17-year-old boy from Doncaster, neither of whom can be named for legal reasons, is due to be brought before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 10, for a case management hearing.

Both boys are accused of one charge of Section 18 wounding with intent and one of wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm.

The offences are alleged to have been carried out against a third male and are said to have taken place in Sheffield on September 11, 2019.

The case management hearing was due to be held on October 21 this year but was adjourned.

Court documents state that the defendants are not required to attend the hearing, which has been scheduled for November 10.
