A quad bike rider aged just 13 was stopped by police on the M1 with a friend riding on the back of the vehicle.

The incident took place on the M1 southbound on Friday (June 17), South Yorkshire Police said.
The force’s Operations Support unit tweeted: “It’s not a good idea to test your £250 ‘bargain’ on a busy motorway with your mate on the back...especially when you don’t have a licence or insurance...and you’re 13 years old.”
The quad bike was seized.
