Police target drug dealers using popular park overlooking Sheffield city centre

Plain clothed officers have been patrolling the South Street Park amphitheatre overlooking the city centre, following reports of drugs being sold in the area.

Police said officers had stopped and searched people under the misuse of drugs act and had issued several on-the-spot fines and cannabis warnings.
