Police issue update on 12-year-old boy airlifted to hospital after horror Sheffield crash

A boy seriously injured in a collision with a car in Sheffield remains in hospital in a stable condition today.

The 12-year-old suffered life threatening injuries when he was hit by a silver Vauxhall Insignia on Norton Avenue, Gleadless, at 6.10pm on Wednesday, October 28.

He was airlifted to hospital after emergency services responded to calls about the incident, which occurred near to the Valley Park Family Centre.
