Police in Sheffield seek to reunite stolen Range Rover worth over £100k with its owner

Police in Sheffield are trying to reunite a stolen car worth more than £100,000 with its owner after tracking it down.

Officers described how the Range Rover had been reported stolen from Eckington, just over the border in Derbyshire, before being driven into Sheffield on Monday, August 22.

They said it was traced to a business premises where police spotted an open door and found the vehicle inside.

“The vehicle was recovered for forensics and hopefully will be reunited with a very happy owner sometime soon,” added officers.
