Police to discuss Endcliffe Park problems after neighbours kept awake until 2am

Reports have been made to South Yorkshire Police about fights, drug use and litter in Endcliffe Park over recent weeks.

Earlier this week police officers investigating a brawl in the park issued an appeal for phone, CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident.

Police patrols have been stepped up but a meeting has also been called with partner agencies to discuss what further action is needed.

South Yorkshire Police said: “We are aware of issues in the park and are meeting with our partners from lots of different agencies today. We will be updating further later today.”
