Police called to altercation between man and security at Sheffield supermarket
Police were called to Sainsbury’s on Division Street in Sheffield this evening after reports were made of a man getting into an altercation with security staff.

Officers were called at around 7pm this evening, and one man was detained.
South Yorkshire Police has not confirmed what is believed to be the reason for the altercation.
A police van and two cars were seen at the scene deaing with the man who was later detained.
The area is now clear of police vehicles.
