Police called to 'incident’ at Sheffield property
Police have been called to an incident at a property in a Sheffield suburb.

Officers said the incident took place shortly before 5.30 this evening at the McAvoy & Beardsmore jewellers on Oakbrook Road.
The window of the shop was smashed and crime scene investigators had attended, they added.
A police spokesperson said it seems that an ‘attempt of some sort’ had been made at the property but that investigations were ongoing.
