The shop owners had warned other business owners in the area to be vigilant after two men vandalised their property by throwing bricks to shatter the window.

On Facebook, the pizza takeaway said: "It’s just so sad that now with all the coronavirus people do that. Chatanoga is a small business and like many other local shops we were severely affected by the pandemic."

They also urged the public to contact them or the police if they have any CCTV footage from the night.
