It comes after three men were hospitalised following another street brawl on Hinde House Road on Saturday afternoon. A video of that incident showed several people fighting with weapons, including what looks like chairs.

Officers attended and engaged with those involved and enquiries are ongoing to identify the perpetrators.

Nasar Raoof, vice chair of the Firth Park Neighbourhood Network, which campaigns for greater police action to combat crime in the area, said some residents on the estate are “living in fear”, with the most vulnerable left to “fend for themselves.

Anyone with any information about the fight on Sunday is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 823 of 26 July.
