Man injured in armed raid at Sheffield petrol station after robbers produce knife

A man was injured during an armed raid at a petrol station in Sheffield when robbers produced a knife.

The raiders struck at the Jet garage on Northfield Road, Crookes, at around 4.15am on Wednesday, May 19.

South Yorkshire Police said two men threatened a worker at the garage with a knife and the 32-year-old suffered a hand injury.

The robbers, who wore hooded puffer coats, escaped with cash and other items.
