Man followed Sheffield woman, 76, into her home after she refused to give him money

A man asked an elderly Sheffield woman for money and when she refused to hand any over he followed the OAP into her house and grabbed her bag.

The 76-year-old woman’s cash card was used in a shop in Nether Edge a short time later.

Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man believed to hold vital information about the incident, which happened during the afternoon of Tuesday, June 15.
