A man has been charged with possession of a gun and drugs after police officers stopped a car in Sheffield.

Craig Butterley, aged 33, of Beldon Road, Arbourthorne, appeared before magistrates this morning and has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Sheffield Crown Court.
He has been charged with with possession of a firearm, ammunition, Class A drugs and an offensive weapon as a result of officers stopping and searching a car in Sheffield in January.
