Man charged with murder in Sheffield city centre
Yongqi Liang, aged 25, of Broomhall Street, Broomhall, Sheffield, is accused of killing 26-year-old Xiangyu Li in an attack in Sheffield city centre in March.
Liang was charged today and is set to appear at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning.

Hide AdEmergency services were called to Union Street in Sheffield city centre at around 3.30am, on Tuesday, March 24, where Mr Li was found unconscious.
He died at the scene a short time later.
Mr Li, who was originally from China and had been living in Kent prior to his death, was visiting friends in Sheffield when he died after an alleged attack.
Detectives still investigating the incident want to hear from anyone with information.
