An 18-year-old woman has reported being raped in a car at Endcliffe Park at around 11.30pm last Tuesday.

Large crowds had gathered in the sunshine in the park that day as lockdown restrictions eased, allowing groups to meet up again outdoors.

The attacker was Asian, in his 20s and wore a white T-shirt and black joggers or jeans.

He drove off in the direction of Hunter’s Bar roundabout.

A huge CCTV trawl of cameras around the park is being carried out as detectives try to identify the accused man.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 13 of March 31.
