Forensic tests planned after police find cars stolen after Sheffield burglary

Forensic tests are to be carried out on two cars stolen after a house burglary in Sheffield.

The cars - an Audi and a Range Rover – were stolen after a raid on Wednesday night.

South Yorkshire Police said the Audi was found close by ‘more or less straight away’ due to a vehicle fault.

The Range Rover was located in the Aston area after a police chase.

Two cars stolen after a burglary in Sheffield have been recovered by South Yorkshire Police

No arrests have yet been made but the stolen cars are to be subject to a forensic examination.
