Driver of broken down vehicle in Sheffield over limit for drugs and drink
The driver of a broken down vehicle close to Sheffield city centre was caught by police over the limit for drink and drugs.

Officers were alerted to a problem with the vehicle in Hanover Way on Saturday.
According to a police twitter account, the motorist was suspected to be over the prescribed limit for drink, drugs, had no insurance, had only a provisional licence, was in possession of drugs and took the vehicle without consent.
Officers tweeted a file has been prepared ‘for a day out in court.’
