Officers from Sheffield North East Neighbourhood Police served a closure notice on a property in the area and two residents are now due to attend court, after claims they breached Section 86 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

The Act states that anyone who without reasonable excuse remains on or enters premises in contravention of a closure notice (including a notice continued in force under section 81) has committed an offence.
