The CPS revealed on Tuesday a post-mortem examination found the infant girl died from stab wounds.

Horvath (38), Horvath (19) and Horvathova, all of Holywell Heights, and Skopova, formerly of Robey Street, Grimesthorpe, Sheffield, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 2.

All four were remanded into custody.

Two women, aged 26 and 37, who were arrested on suspicion of murder remain on bail.

Lauren Costello, deputy chief Crown prosecutor at CPS Yorkshire and Humberside, said: “It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in anyway prejudice these proceedings."
