Crime commissioner and MP to visit Gleadless Valley in wake of axe attack and murder

A South Yorkshire MP and the Police and Crime Commissioner Alan Billings will visit Gleadless Valley on Saturday in response to the murder and the axe attack of the past few days.

PCC Alan Billings and Sheffield Heeley MP Louise Haigh will be at Newfield Library at 1.30pm before a walk-around the area to speak to residents.

That came just days after a woman, aged 22, was killed on nearby Spotswood Close, Gleadless Valley - Sheffield murder victim named by police
