Officers attended High Street at 12.21pm on Tuesday September 9 after receiving reports of a cat being stuck on a roof.
The feline was rescued by fire service personnel using a 10.5 metre ladder and ‘working-at-heights’ equipment.
The cat was left with its owner who took it to the vet.
