The alarm was raised at 8.55am today when a suspected World War II bomb was discovered in the garden of a property on Ashleigh Avenue, Arbourthorne.

South Yorkshire Police said: “Police were called at around 8.55am this morning to reports that a suspected WW2 explosive device had been discovered in the garden of a property.”
