If you’re stuck for things to do over the Easter holidays, but are wary of your bank account (especially with the rising cost of living), here’s a few things you can be doing to stave off the boredom.
9. Let's Paddleboard - Sheffield, Victoria Quays
Let's Paddle will be hosted every Thursday during the Easter holidays, starting with April 14th. Don't go into this thinking it'll be easy - paddle boarding is hard! That being said, it's incredibly rewarding and somewhat relaxing once you get the hang of it - if you've never done it before, this is a great place to start. Photo: -
10. Sheffield Preloved Vintage Kilo Sale
Of course, the clothes on offer aren't free - but attending is. If you're a fan of vintage clothes, this is an unmissable event. With over nine tonnes of vintage wear, you could very easily spend hours here. It's scheduled for April 16th and is being held in Sheffield Warehouse HQ on Manton Street. Photo: Submitted
11. Botanical Gardens
If all else fails, Sheffield's Botanical Gardens are always a safe bet. Possibly the most tranquil area in South Yorkshire, it's filled with a stunning array of flowers and greenery that are simply a joy to be around. Photo: -
