Mark Jenkinson held the online auction on July 13 and it featured 30 lots, of which 80% were sold for a total of £3.8m.
Highlights included a building off Fitzalan Square in Sheffield city centre which sold for four times the guide price and Ye Old Harrow pub on Broad Street which sold for £301,000, wel above the guide price.
The former Citizens Advice building on Spital Hill also proved popular, selling for £323,000 after being listed with a guide price of £175,000.
Auctioneer Adrian Little said: “These were particularly popular lots and the auction went extremely well. The majority of lots went above guide price, some substantially so.”

5. Family home?
A potential family home in Wayland Road, Hunters Bar, had a guide price of £275,000 and sold for £329,000. It has five bedrooms and was most recently let at £17,160 per annum but was intentionally not re-let to offer potential as a family house as well as investment.

6. Former shop
A former shop and flat in South Road, Walkley, sold for the guide price of £95,000. The property has a ground floor sales shop, which was Carol’s Catering, basement storage and a first floor flat let to a long established tenant.

7. Investment
A shop and flat investment in Birley Moor Crescent, Birley, sold for £210,000 after being listed with a guide price of £200,000-£225,000. The online brochure says the ground floor premises are let to welder supply company UK Welder Ltd at £8,000 per annum since 2018 with a three month notice period required.

8. Potential
A house with three bedrooms in Mona Road, Crookes, sold for £184,000 after being listed at a guide price of £175,000. It is described as being a spacious three bedroom inner terrace in need of a comprehensive scheme of restoration. “Excellent potential offered,” says the guide.
