Sheffield Food Festival takes place from Saturday, May 2323 - Monday, May 25, 2026.
It will be celebrated in a number of locations around the city centre including the Peace Gardens, Town Hall Square, Fargate and Millennium Square.
Additionally, two new city centre locations will join the festivities this year, including Orchard Square and Leah’s Yard - bringing even more activities and good vibes to the city of Sheffield.
“This year feels especially exciting as the festival grows beyond its footprint, with other city centre locations joining the celebrations with their own activities - creating a real buzz across the city and making it a truly shared Sheffield experience,” added Noemi.
Sheffield Food Festival has earned rave reviews in the past from visitors, with Observer Food Monthly naming the festival as “The UK's Foodie Hotspot”.

Some of the highlights to look forward to for locals and those from further afield include authentic Jamaican street food, Kelham Island based signature birria tacos, award-winning East Asian-inspired ice cream and sorbets as well as Vietnamese Phin Filter Coffee, Premium rum punch and a range of craft beers.
It’s a family-friendly event featuring entertainment for all ages, including an appearance from TikTok star Lizzieland, who has over 120,000 followers. She’ll be bringing face painting, glitter tattoos and festival hair.
They’ll also be a second stage by The Fargate pub with live music and a vibrant soundtrack for the weekend, giving emerging artists a chance to showcase their talents.
The festival runs from 10am until 7pm during the weekend while closing an hour earlier on the Monday.
