Sheffield, as well as being the home of football, is a place which boasts a whole host of excellent bars to watch the ‘Beautiful Game’ as excitement builds ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
The Three Lions reached the final of the European Championship two years ago before falling short in the final against Spain, and are now looking to finally end 60 years of hurt by reigning supreme in North America.
England boasts a serial-winning manager in Thomas Tuchel, incredible talents on the pitch such as Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka. On paper, they should have all the tools at their disposal to go all the way, but as is always the case it won’t be simple due to strong competition from other elite nations such as France, Spain, Germany and reigning world champions Argentina.
Whatever happens, the tournament offers fans a great opportunity to put their club allegations to the side for the summer, come together and cheer on their national team at the pub.
