It’s amazing to think that a little place like Killamarsh alone once had three railway stations! Here in pictures are 13 Sheffield rail stations that we have lost – some are gone forever, while clues to the existence of the others remain if you know where to look.
5. Killamarsh Central Station
The old Killamarsh Central Station, one of three stations in the Derbyshire village on the edge of Sheffield, which opened in June 1892. At one time services ran to London Marylebone on the Great Central Main Line. 6. Bridgehouses Station

7. Tinsley Station
