Manor woman's death 'no longer being treated as suspicious', say police

The death of a 45-year-old woman in Sheffield is no longer being treated as suspicious by police.

The woman was found dead at a property on Castlebeck Drive, Manor at around 6.10am this morning (Wednesday, November 18).

A murder investigation was launched but officers say they are now no longer treating the death as suspicious.

A forensic post mortem examination carried out today was unable to ascertain the woman’s cause of death.

A 45-year-old man arrested in connection with the woman’s death has now been released from custody.
