“We all have a responsibility to ensure we only buy what we and our families need.”

The Spital Hill store, along with other Tesco Extras, Superstores and Large Metros across the country, announced on Tuesday (March 17) that its hours would be limited so that the shops could “continue to serve customers” and restock shelves, fridges and freezers overnight.

The stores, which are usually 24 hour, are now open between 6am and 10pm.
