Coronavirus graffiti has appeared in Sheffield, as the virus continues to claim more lives in the city.

This ‘COVID-19’ message was spotted daubed at a bus stop on Spencer Road, opposite Heeley City Farm.

It is not known whether the tag has been used elsewhere in the city.

There have now been 65 coronavirus-related deaths in Sheffield, after another five were confirmed yesterday, Wednesday, April 8.

Across England, 6,483 people have died in hospitals after contracting coronavirus.
