Coronavirus LIVE: Sheffield cases rise to 130 with four confirmed deaths

There are now 130 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Sheffield, and another person who tested positive for the disease died in the city yesterday (March 24).

The number of deaths related to COVID-19 in Sheffield now stands at four, while the first person to die in Rotherham after testing positive also passed away yesterday.

The information was released by NHS England as they confirmed 83 people in the country died from the illness in 24 hours.
