Guinness residents in Sheffield enjoy Christmas celebrations
Residents at Castle Court, Sheffield, enjoyed a day of Christmas festivities when The Guinness Partnership, one of England’s largest housing associations hosted a Christmas party.
Over 50 families attended the event, which was jointly organised with Guinness’s contractor, Kier, as part of their social responsibility commitment to Guinness.
Santa Claus was on hand to distribute Christmas gift bags to all the children, who also took part in a variety of activities provided by St John’s Church, including arts and crafts. The children entertained everyone by singing Christmas carols, and refreshments and festive music were enjoyed throughout the day.
Alex Lindsay-Wong from The Guinness Partnership said: “We would like to thank everyone who helped make the Christmas party such a great success, and special thanks to our contractor Kier, for helping to arrange such a fantastic day. The residents had a wonderful time, and it was a joy to see the children smile when they met Santa just before Christmas.”
