The site, which has welcomed visitors to the Peak District National Park for more than 20 years, has also introduced a new general store selling treats and essentials from local suppliers and the Chatsworth Farm Shop.
Other facilities include a laundry area, motorhome service point, baby changing facilities and accessible and family washrooms.
Set within the estate’s old walled garden, the caravan park offers visitors a base to explore Chatsworth House and Garden and the wider Peak District.
Guests also receive a key to a secret door leading directly into Chatsworth Park, giving them access to 1,000 acres of open space and woodland.
Those staying at the site can take advantage of exclusive multi-entry tickets to Chatsworth, with a single-day ticket providing unlimited access to the house, garden, farmyard and playground throughout their stay.
Richard Palmer, managing director of Chatsworth Escapes, said the improvements reflected a commitment to enhancing the visitor experience.

He said: “The Chatsworth Caravan Park is such an important part of the Chatsworth Estate, with many guests returning year after year.
“These renovations reflect our commitment to enhancing the experience of all who visit us at Chatsworth, and the new store is a great addition - making it even easier for guests to sample fantastic produce from local suppliers and producers during a stay.”
Families can also visit Chatsworth Farmyard and Adventure Playground, where children can enjoy climbing walls, swings, slides and a zip wire in the woodland playground. The farmyard is home to a range of animals and rare breeds.
Other attractions on the estate include Chatsworth Health & Fitness Club, which has a pool, gym and tennis courts, and Chatsworth Golf Club’s 18-tee course.
The nearby village of Baslow is within walking distance, offering country pubs, the Cavendish Hotel and walking routes across Baslow, Curbar and Froggatt Edges.
Pilsley, a five-minute drive away, is home to the Chatsworth Farm Shop and The Pilsley Inn, while Bakewell is also a short drive from the site.
Visitors to Bakewell can explore the town associated with the original Bakewell Pudding or head to the Monsal Trail, an accessible 8.5-mile route for walking, cycling and wheelchair users.
Mr Palmer added: “With the Chatsworth Estate literally on the doorstep, the park is the perfect destination for those looking to explore the beautiful landscape of the Peak District, whether they’re revisiting a favourite spot or coming for the first time.
“We look forward to welcoming returning and new guests from the 3rd of November.”
