Hermes tops list as the ‘most complained about’ delivery service in Sheffield – full list

The delivery services in Sheffield with the most complaints have been revealed.

Sheffield Council has disclosed how many complaints its Trading Standards team received about each of the big six courier companies between 2015 and 2020.

Responding to a Freedom of Information request, it said Hermes was the subject of the most complaints, at 21.

The next most was Parcelforce, with 14, which is as many as DPD, Yodel, UPS and DHL generated between them during that period.

A Parcelforce Worldwide spokesperson said: “Every item is important to Parcelforce Worldwide. We pride ourselves on delivering the vast majority of items both securely and on time.

"If any customer has concerns about their parcel delivery they should contact the Parcelforce Worldwide customer service team on 0344 800 4466.”
